**NOTE FOR ALL RECEIVALS:**

  • A REMINDER THAT ALL EXPOSED TIMBER/TIMBER PRODUCTS MUST BE FUMIGATED PRIOR TO LOADING ON THE VESSEL.
  • IF THE SHIPMENT REQUIRES FUMIGATING ON THE WHARF, PLEASE INDICATE ON THE CARTERS NOTE THAT “FUMIGATION IS REQUIRED”
  • FOR FUMIGATION TREATMENT ON THE WHARF, PLEASE BOOK WITH THE FUMIGATION SERVICE PROVIDER PRIOR TO DELIVERY, AND WE SUGGEST THAT THE SHIPMENT IS DELIVERED FOR FUMIGATION ON THE 1ST DAY OF RECEIVING TO ALLOW SUFFICIENT TIME FOR PROCESSING.
  • A COPY OF THE FUMIGATION CERTIFICATE(S) IS ALSO REQUIRED TO BE SIGHTED PRIOR TO THE SHIPMENT BEING LOADED ON THE VESSEL.
  • FOR SHIPMENTS FUMIGATED PRIOR TO DELIVERY TO THE WHARF, A COPY OF THE FUMIGATION CERTIFICATE(S) MUST BE PRESENTED TOGETHER WITH THE RELEVANT CARTERS NOTE TO THE RECEIVING STEVEDORE.
  • FOR SHIPMENTS FUMIGATED PRIOR TO DELIVERY TO THE WHARF, A COPY OF THE FUMIGATION CERTIFICATE(S) MUST BE PRESENTED TOGETHER WITH THE RELEVANT CARTERS NOTE TO THE RECEIVING STEVEDORE.

DANGEROUS GOODS SHIPMENTS:

  • The following items are always prohibited: ammonium nitrate, aluminium fluoride, petcoke, copra or copra products, aluminium silicone, ferrosilicon, ferromanganese, barium nitrate, steam coal, asbestos, pitch, Living animals, hides including wet salted, cacao butter, tallow or talc etc., creosoted goods, chemical or toxic waste, oily motor blocks or oily scrap, currency, precious metals or stones, sulfur, sunflower seeds expellers, borax and any phosphorus that requires temperature control.
  • UN number 1057, (lighters) we cannot accept if the country of manufacture, is China.
  • All Class 1.1, 1.2, 1.5 and 7 on application only. Allow up to five working days for approval.
  • Strict dangerous goods restrictions apply to the carriage Calcium Hypochlorite and various versions of Calcium Hypochlorite, UN numbers 2208, 2880, 3485, 3486 & 3487. On application only, allow up to five working days for approval.
  • Break bulk dangerous goods are always prohibited, with the expectation of autos / buses / trucks UN number 3166.
